    Stop Patching Together Voicebot Workflows

You don’t need to rip out your SIP stack to build smarter voice automation. You just need a voicebot connector that speaks SIP and doesn’t get in the way. Ours does exactly that. It routes. It streams. It escalates. Seamlessly.
And if you’re trying to make Asterisk and voicebots play nice, this is the cleanest way to do it.

    FAQs

A voicebot connector is a custom-built bridge that connects your IP PBX server to a third-party voicebot platform. It manages real-time audio streaming, bot responses, and call escalation without needing changes to your SIP dial plan.

Yes. With the right connector in place, telephony platforms can stream live RTP audio from both inbound and outbound calls to a voicebot connector. From there, our voicebot connector can stream the voice packets to the voicebot AI engine over WebSocket, enabling real-time voice conversations.

The voicebot sends back audio responses over WebSocket, which a voicebot connector can route back to the IP PBX. The IP PBX then plays the bot’s audio reply directly to the caller, creating a seamless voice interaction.

This solution is voicebot-agnostic. As long as the voicebot platform supports WebSocket-based audio streaming and events, it can be integrated using this custom-built connector.
